From “Inquiry” to “Departure”
STEP1
“Contact us”
Basically please contact us by E-mail.
If you want to contact us by phone, please let us know in the E-mail.
English, Japanese (and Spanish) are available on the phone.
The answer to the question and quotation are free of charge.
STEP2
“Hearing”
The starting date of your trip, the ending date, the arrival and departure airports, the places you want to visit, the dishes you want to enjoy, the type of accommodation (Western-style hotel, Japanese-style inn, Rental traditional townhouse) you want to stay, please feel free to let us know what you want.
Even if you have no particular wants, we would be very happy to propose our special recommendations.
Please fill out the hearing sheet with necessary information and send it us by E-mail.
STEP3
“Proposal of itinerary and quotation”
Based on the hearing sheet from you, we will make the itinerary and quotation and send them to you by E-mail.
Then please send us an application form if you consent to them.
STEP4
“Please send us your application form”
We will start the tour arrangements when we have received the application form.
When the arrangements of the tour have completed, we will send the invoice to you.
Please confirm it and pay in your convenient way.
The payment can be done by credit cards or bank transfer.
After the payment has been done completely, the formal contract of the tour is concluded.
STEP5
“Confirmation of the payment - Completion”
After the confirmation of payment, we will send you a "departure guidance" and "the final itinerary" at least one week before the trip begins.
